- What is your MOQ for this kids diving mask, and can I mix colors?
- Standard MOQ is 300 pcs per color for Aquadive branding, and [500] pcs per color for OEM orders. Mixed colors are accepted within one order as long as each color reaches [100] pcs. For trial orders we can start from [100] pcs at a slightly higher unit price, so you can test your market before committing to a full order.
- Do you support OEM/ODM customization, and which parts can be customized?
- Yes, we support both OEM (your logo) and ODM (new mold development). Customizable parts include lens tint, frame color, liquid silicone skirt color, strap logo printing, nose cover, packaging box, blister card, instruction manual and barcode labels. Logo printing requires a one-time setup fee, refundable against orders over [1000] pcs. Custom samples take [7-10] working days.
- Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order, and how much does it cost?
- Yes. Standard diving mask samples are [USD 10] per set not including express shipping, and the sample fee is fully deducted from your first bulk order. Stock samples ship within [72 hours]; customized samples with your logo or packaging take [7-10] working days.
- What is your production lead time and monthly capacity?
- Stock items ship within [3-5] working days. Bulk orders of [3,000-10,000] pcs take [20-35] working days after deposit and artwork confirmation. Our monthly capacity for diving masks is [50,000] pcs across [4] production lines.
